"Hello all, I am new to this forum. A friend of mine recommended me here saying you guys know your stuff real well and could problably help. I motor is in the up position. I can hear the cylinoids doing their thing but nothing happens.....the motor will not move. What to do? Where do I begin to trouble shoot this problem? Need help guys......thanks"
