    No spark on 9.9hp Mercury 2 stroke

    I just bought a 14 ft jon boat with a 9.9 up 2 stroke mercury outboard and I'm not getting any spark, the plugs are new and still no spark, I'm not very mechanical when it comes to marine motors, anyone have any ideas of what I should look for and how to test to make sure that it's the issue?
