    Motor will lower the motor out drive normally but will not raise

    Need some assistance, when I push the button to lower the out drive, it lowers it just fine. When I push it up, I can hear the pump going, but the out drive will not move. The only way to bring it back up is by using the trailering button, but it goes up very slow. Down Switch = lowers...
