    1973 Mercarb in 7.5 Mercury need one gasket i can't find. Diagram website link included.

    Recently had my carb rebuilt, guy had to reuse one cork gasket that he couldn't get, goes on the cover assembly of the carb. im leaking very little gas, and im pretty sure that this is the problem, because it doesn't have the right seal anymore(was over 10 years old). Thanks for any help...

    Melted Plastic Fitting Under Powerhead on 1975 7.5 hp. Mercury

    I have a 1975 7.5 mercury outboard serial # 4089933, the plastic fitting (or cap) under the powerhead has melted and im not getting the right water pressure. ( Water out of tattle tale hose is very hot. ) I have looked everywhere and cannot find this part. Online, even went to the local dealer...
