    Force 85 throttle problem

    I have a Force 85 hp. I believ I have a Force 85 hp. I believe it's a 1989.The throttle goes into gear easy but when I try to rev the engine the lever is extremely hard to move. I disconnected the control cable and they move easily when not connected to the engine. Any ideas?
