    "I need to convert a Yamaha 40 "I need to convert a Yamaha 40 hp [E40JMS] short shaft to a long shaft. Has anyone attempted this? Can it be done? Is a kit available, or do I need to buy the parts one at a time? Any advice on this matter would be appreciated."
