    Eska 7.5 wont shift into gear

    So was finally able to remove the power head and see that the shaft was not in the clutch assembly so it got a bit chewed up. Took the dremel and cleaned up the spindle end and dry fitted it into the clutch assembly. Fit like a glove now, prop spins and was able to reassemble everything again...

    Quick question, I have an eska 7.5 1970s model and I got it running but the shifter does nothing. Was wondering is there a secret to removing the engine from the lower unit shaft. Got all screws off but only comes up about a few millimeters and binds up on something. Do I need to...
