    Had the same problem with my 135, cables were too tight. I could move them around once in Neutral and the RPMs would go back to normal .

    I have the same question. I want to get more HP out of my 135 if it is the same block as the 175 Opti. I have done some searching and I can't find much info on the subject. I was wondering if I swap the ECU and the restrictor plate on the air intake do I need to do anything with my injectors...
