    That's interesting because the water is flowing strongly through the line that comes out of the block and exits through the bottom of the cowl.

    VRO is intact and working. I have not tested the overheat horn, but it has great water flow through the system, so it's not an impeller issue.

    I ran it up once in the water just to see if it would go, it did. No water in the fuel. I checked that.
