    Twin 4.3 mercruiser fuel burn question

    I have twin engines pushing a big carver. The motor with the power steering is burning 25 percent more fuel than the other according to the guages on 2 fill ups. I’m new to boating what could account for such a significant difference in the gas consumption? Thanks
