    1996 Mercury 150hp offshore starting problem

    I ran out of gas in my 150 hp offshore 1996 model year-someone helped me out with some gas which turned out to be pre mixed. After getting the premixed gas i tried to start the engine but it wouldn't start and the warning horn started sounding any suggestions?
