    Mariner mag iii surges after if warms up

    I have a 1994 mariner mag iii. 6 months ago while camping for a weekend it started to surge at all rpms.. Changed plugs filter and nothing. Let it set all winter. Had it out today hoping that just maybe it would be ok.. Well got about three miles on water with it running top notch... Not...
