    About 2 weeks ago engine started fouling plugs out at max throttle. I thought at first it was water in the fuel, so added "Sea Foam cleaner" into the tank and ran it for awhile. The engine now will foul the plugs imediately and wont leave the dock. The plugs are wet altho they smell more of...
