    1999 Johnson 50 hp. Do I use the oem reed stop on reassembly. The directions don't show it. Thanks.

    How crucial is it to use oem nuts on the carbs? I had a few that the washer that's built in were broke so I swapped them with hardware store stock and now have a small air leak on one carb. Thanks.
