    1987 mariner 35 carb issues

    After installing the two carbs install started the engine ... it started but maxed out rpm's. I checked installation, carbs were installed properly. But, on the top carb, the linkage that moves the butterfly is not connenected to anything. I looked everywhere but the is no indication of a link...

    1985 Mariner 50. Motor works but engine will not go up or down. Any idea?
