    Power trim pump connector removal

    I’m about to remove the power trim/tilt unit but can’t figure out how to dismantle the electrical connector? I have disconnected it but it’s too big to be pulled out throw the hole in the engine cover. Does anyone know how to dismantle the connector?

    Trim/tilt problem Johnson 140-06

    When tilting down from upper position it stuck when reaching to the two power trim cylinders. The pump continue to run but the motor stops moving. We then have to force the motor down by pushing on it while still press the down button. After I while it starts moving down ant the everything works...
