    Need help removing steering cable outboard see pic.

    Anyone have suggestions pulling this cable out, it binds up on boat. I thought about cutting it but how will I install new one? Thank in advance.

    2005 mercury 150 efi lower unit installation problem looks like rear bearing fell out.
