    1998 Mercury 250 EFI Shuts off

    A couple times now my 250EFI running perfect and on plane shuts off, just like a kill switch activated. I do not have a kill switch. No bad sounds and starts right back up. It may do it once and then run all day without issue. Any advice of where to start troubleshooting?

    250HP EFI Starting Issue

    Hello, My 1998 (OG654045) 250 EFI started needing a little throttle to get started. Where would you suggest I start troubleshootong the issue. Continues to run once started but being EFI I would not expect a need to add gas to get it fired up.
