    1978 25hp evinrude. from full revs to idol while still at full throttle???? fuel system??

    hi all, wont start now after running for hours. cleaned carby before i took it out ,seemed fairly clean for a 41 yr old lol. no carby kit . but i had it runnung in my test tank after and was running ok when i took it out today for couple hours it stopped on idol and when i whent to start again...

    1978 25hp evinrude problems with fuel system i think

    hi everyone ,i was wondering if someone had some advice .recently bought this motor .cleaned carb ,no replacment kit, seemed very clean and fuel and air flowed thru. took it out tpady and was running well enough for an old engine than about hour or so into trip stopped running .got it started...
