    50 hp force 1997 will not start sometimes

    hello there i aqm having a issue my 1997 50 hp force out board will start sometimes ok and other times it acts as if the timing is way advanced it has new battery and new starter solenoid i am puzzled i am a retired ase master tec but this out board has me puzzled when it doesnt start it acts...
