    You are in error. The final M in the part number has no effect on the actual part. Tohatsu/Nissan OBs do not go by tear of manufacture... rather model and in some cases serial number.

    What is the actual model (not year)? The LED should never come on with the sender lead disconnected, unless there's a short to ground.

    First, I advise doing a complete wp kit, not just the impeller. Once reassembled, you use a 10mm socket to snug up the coupler.

    Fuel mix depends on throttle. Idle is probably 100:1, WOT up to 50:1.

    Hmm. 2.7% does seem a bit high. When was the oil pump rod last synchronized to the throttle? If the motor is really cold, you might use a bit more oil. But that sounds like the 50:1 ratio of WOT.

    I have had good luck with a vise set to clear the shaft and "popping" the shaft out.

    The bearing is pressed onto the driveshaft only. The housing is 2 pieces. The seal presses into the lower housing.
