    Sea Ray 255 with 470 Mercruiser motors- HELP

    I just inherited a SeaRay V255 with 2 Mercruiser 470 engines. The wood decking over engines is missing and rotted away (engines were protected with heavy, waterproof canvas). I don't have any idea how to even check the engines to see if they're in good shape. The oil on the dipsticks is clean...
