    As I said I solder already one out . It’s a BY255p diode . if you google you see them everywhere for cents. I think if that’s printed on the diode it should be the one and every by255p should be right ? Or I’m wrong ?

    Hi thx for the reply ! I already solder one out , so that’s a simple BY255p diode ! It’s a 30cent peace ! Westerbeke wants 53 Dollar !!!!!!! For it , that’s the most rediculous ripp off I’ve ever seen 🙈😂, crazy !

    Hello , some of my diodes from the rotating field went bad , somebody know the specific data’s ? Westerbeke it’s rediculous expensive 🙈, for a diode 52 dollars plus shipping tzzzzz. It’s this diode , would be very grateful if somebody could help , the westerbeke manual says 11ohm .

    Thx so much 😊! So I don’t know but how I check the sensors ? Should be ohm meter right ? My next thinking is to replace the 2 black Bosch Relais in the electronic connection box.

    So I found out that when I start the generator the wires to the solenoid bring power ,as soon as I release the preheat and start switch and the generator runs there is no more power on that wires means the stop switch can’t operate cause there is no power , I guess the only reason why it’s...

    Yes that’s one my is , but if I hit the stop button nothing happens , I can open the inspection plate from the fuel pump where the solenoid goes into , and I don’t see any movement while I hit the stop button only movement when it’s starts .

    Ok but then it can’t be a bad solenoid rright ? Cause as I said it moves and then then engine starts.

    So as I understand , while the engine is running the solenoid is all the time under power to keep it open . When shut down the solenoid loose the power ( by pressing the stop button ) and it goes back in stop position . Is that right ?
