Is my Chinese Fuel pump Bad????

Once on step, after a about 2 min it looses power and bogs, I have to pump the bulb and its back running like a spotted ape. It also idles good. I suspect the Chinese fuel pump I installed for 28$ I do have a rebuild kit for the original. (i know it sounds lazy)
What I've done.
1 All new fuel lines to include Bulb 3/8 to 1/4" at fuel pump.
2 Carbs= New needles, Gaskets, and Float adjustments
3 Plugs
4 Filter
5 And fuel pump

I have no confidence in Chineesium parts BUT you need to verify no air leak from bottom of fuel tank pick up tube all the way to the inlet of your fuel pump.

Haven't tride the pickup tube. Completly forgot about that! Also what are some methods to finding air leaks besides clear hose??

Oily residue where it shouldn't be.

Yeah, its a mess now because of all the work I've done. I'll clean it up and check, thanx.
