Suzuki DT50 1982 cutting out when on no choke

I’m 15 and recently I got an old speedboat for free got the engine running but when you take it off choke it dies. Took the carb apart and checked for dirt but there was nothing there and it has not changed anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest you get a genuine Suzuki service manual for your engine.

In the manual there should be a detailed description on how to clean the carburetors. There will be tiny galleries that you can’t see, settings for the jets, how to set the float height…
