2018 yamaha 250 sho oil pressure signal. Trying to run an analog guage. I cant fit a sending unit in there. I have the 4 pin harness running up front for my trim guage and nmea..is there a,way too tip a wire 4 a signal to them guage. My depth finder shows oil pressure thru nmea

If your depth finder indicates oil pressure why the need for another oil pressure gauge?

Some have Teed into the engine oil pressure port to either run an oil pressure hose to a mechanical oil pressure gauge while others have Teed into the engine oil pressure port to run a hose to an oil pressure sender. Then from the sender to an electrical oil pressure gauge.

1- I Don t like using the depth finder for oil since i Don t navigate with that screen. I pref to have a constant guage I can look at. 2- with them sho there's 0 room to t- off a,sending unit, especially with the cowling, which cant come off minus, removing the powerhead. Even then there's no room

I presume that you do know that the ECU is continuously monitoring the oil pressure.

Here is a link to a device that states it can accept an NMEA 2000 input and display engine oil pressure. Should be a simple matter of connecting it to your existing SHO Command Link network.
