DT25 1987 outboard motor sucked in sand

With the lakes being so low this year, I accidentally hit sand. I’m concerned something will happen if I keep using it. It’s running okay now and still spitting out water. Is there a place on the motor to flush it out? I can’t find an owners manual given how old it is. Called a Suzuki dealer and they didn’t know and suggested a forum like this. At the cabin and my son is itching to fish and now I am concerned I’ll wreck the motor.

I don’t know anything about a Suzuki motor, but I’ve run a Volvo I/O into the mud once, & several 9.9 hp Evinrude outboards into soft bottoms while fishing.
Each time, they seemed to self flush, & I had no overheating issues.
My current Volvo always seems to collect some debris in valve that drains the block. Each winterization I have to poke a wire in with the valve open to drain it.
I’d say, if the pee tube is showing normal flow…go fishing.
