I have a 2002 Suzuki DF5 4 stroke. It starts ok, but struggles to rev cleanly and bogs down when I want higher revs/power. I have stripped the carb and removed the 4 jets and given it a thorough clean, and re assembled, but it’s still the same. If I give it a little bit of choke before it’s fully warm it does help it rev a bit better, but still not getting anywhere near full revs. Once it’s fully warm, I can remove the choke and it runs a little better, but just bogs down when revving. It will tick over at idle absolutely fine. Any ideas?
