2019 115hp Mercury Pro XS over revving

Bought this motor new with a new tritoon. Original prop still looks brand new. Motor ran great for six years. Motor is now over revving with lackluster performance. Power range for this motor maxes at 6300rpms. Now when I reach that rpm range, I still have have half my throttle left and mediocre boat performance. Thought maybe a spun hub. Nope! Trust me on that. Replaced twice. Now with more robust ssr kit. It's good. So what's left?

Thing is. It ran fine for many years. "Taching out" properly at full throttle. This is a boat and motor put together by the dealer and tuned for compatability. It almost seems like I could modify my prop pitch. That just doesn't make sense after years of running properly. The prop has no issues. It's like brand new.
