Christmas gifts / Christmas trips

I want to take my wife and kids on a trip this Christmas, that would be a present for all of us. Do you think it is a good idea? Where can I take them, but I need a place which is not too expensive.

Hi! So I talked with my wife and we both decided to buy a game table, probably a foosball table because the summer is better for trips and we don't have much time to organize everything now. I have found one site about foosball, it is a blog from some foosball dude so I assume it is legit. I will probably go with one from his blog because I want to buy a table I can play in the next decade, not just this year and the next one. I am pretty satisfied with the reviews on the blog, you can see them here: http://www.foosballzone.com/foosball-table/

I don't know what you meant by "not too expensive" but I am going to spend this Christmas with my family in Greece. It will be my second experience there and I can say that in winter Greece without tourists is adorable. The weather is bearable, warm but rainy sometimes. But the food is gorgeous and it is generally still very cheap there comparing to rest of Europe. Was thinking to buy property in Athens https://tranio.com/greece/attica/athens/ - have been checking the prices from October up to now - it is very and very attractive, probably yet not so many people consider Greece an investment country, but I think if to invest in buy to let property one can get a nice cash out of it during the summer season. Winter tourism is not yet so popular here, so only from April to the end of September (as I heard) is the time for air bnb and hotel business.

That sounds like a great idea! Not only will it be a great gift for all of you, but it will also be a great way to make memories. There are a lot of budget-friendly destinations that you could consider. Depending on where you are located, you could look into taking a road trip to a nearby city or state. If you're okay with flying, you could look into destination cities that have great deals on flights and hotels. Some of the more popular cities include Las Vegas, Miami, and New York City. You could also look into smaller towns in the same area that are just as fun and interesting but are much more budget-friendly. Whichever you choose, I'm sure it will be an amazing trip for all of you! For our New Year family gathering, I ordered some baskets from https://www.jetgiftbaskets.com/. Do you think they will enjoy it? :)

For example, Gatlinburg in Tennessee has a lot of holiday charm, and the Smoky Mountains are beautiful in winter. Another option could be a cozy cabin rental or a small coastal town, less crowded and often more budget-friendly.

If you want to keep costs down, look into vacation packages that include lodging and activities. You can check https://www.westgateresorts.com/vacation-packages/ for deals.

A foosball table sounds great! It's a fun way to keep everyone entertained without leaving home. Gatlinburg and budget-friendly packages are solid backup plans if you reconsider traveling.
