1990 Johnson 110 VRO - Trouble Issue

Hello, I am new to boats and I have a few questions. I have a 1990 Johnson 110 VRO model; however the motor does not want to turn on (sounds like it's about to turn on but doesn't. In one occasion it did turn on in the water but it would turn off when accelerating) and it was purchased a few years ago and it was without use for most of those years. How can I fix this? I already changed the oil, filters, fuel pump, hose, starters, primer solenoid, and spark plugs.

Was it stored with fuel in the carburetors ?----Also do a compression test.---Post the actual values here.---What fuel pump is on it now?
