Dry bearing noise

I have a model year 2000 75 hp

I have a model year 2000 75 hp 4 stroke have replaced the water pump impeller earlier this spring. I am now getting a dry bearing noise after running the motor for about five minutes. It happens when I am slowing dowm from being on plane at about 1800rpm down to around 1300rpm. Have tried running the motor on the garden hose so I could listen real close but can not reproduce it. Any Help would be great. Thanks Keith
 
Problem solved no engine probl

Problem solved no engine problem it was what they call Prop whine or whistle it is a harmonic noise only in mid range RPM's put the old prop back on and it went away. It is from the way the edge of the blade is shaped.
