engine bogs down & dies when throttling in gear . will rev up when in neutral . so its getting fuel . but dies when under a load / in gear

This is a 30 H.P Johnson out board model # J30ELECS . i RECENTLY TOOK THE CARB OFF & THOROUGHLY cleaned it . All jet & needle value completely clean & functioning . Still running the same . No performance when throttling in gear . Spark plugs are new Fuel is new Fuel filter new , It's getting fuel . So Does anyone suggest buying new coil packs ? Or is there a way to test to see if those are in working order ? My gut tells me it's a spark advance problem . This is an old motor / engine , but its in good shape Thank You for any assistance in helping solve this problem Appreciate You
 
Sounds like it is running on 1 cylinder.----Post the actual compression values.-----Does spark jump a gap of 3/8" on both leads, yes or no?

Thank You for your response yesterday . I wrote a reply but didn't send it correctly back to you . I will check that spark jumping test ' and see if that's the problem . I appreciate you giving your time to help solve this mystery.
