Endura C2 55LB THRUST ISSUE

Hi all.
I rebuilt my 2011 Endura lower unit (armature & seals, brushes etc.)
My question is after reinstalling the parts the armature and prop is really hard to turn by hand. Everything went back together with no problem.
I don't think it is due to needing to wear in is it? Thanks in advance i sure could use a arm up with this.

Since posting this, I found and repaired the issue. When replacing the brushes i inadvertently did not tighten one of the two screws properly and the brush bracket was tilted to one side.
Once I realized this I tightened it down correctly and it works beautifuly.
