oil injection system for 50 HP Mercury Outboard

What are your thoughts about the auto oil injection system on a 1995 50 HP Mercury Outboard?

My outboard is putting too much oil into the carburetors.

Perhaps it needs to be adjusted / set-up by a shop.

Another issue could be the check valve. If faulty you could have oil migrating back through the loop.
