Currently throwing a 3-2 code, and idling rough. Shutting off at when coming from a higher rpm to idle. Ive checked the following: volts at map sensor red wire, 5v koeo. 3.4 volts at white wire koeo. Continuity from plug to ecm plug good. Drop cylinder test checked out. Plugs brand new. Fuel water separator new. Swapped map sensors from other motor (twin motor boat). Swapped ecm's, code stayed at problem motor. Check voltage at electronic control valve, 5v koeo. Voltage at map signal wire 3.4 is low, should be 5 at koeo, but doesn't fluctuate when unplugging throttle control or iat plug. Removed map sensor, cleaned small hole going into plenum, and it wasnt blocked. Im lost, any suggestions?
