I have a problem with my motor wanting to stall out when I gun it to WOT. If I hit the choke fast and then gun it, then it will go. Do I have a vacuum leak or dose it have to do with the carbs?

With boat in the water ,open low speed mixture screws 1/8th turn at a time and test run.

Sorry ---Diagrams are beyond my pay scale.-----You will find mixture screws near the top front of the carburetors.-----Adjustoing those often solves the bogging issue.
