Outdrive won't go down

I mean the cruise outdrive alpha 1 Gen 2 won't go down up in trailer mode repaired solenoids now motor spins both ways you hit down and motor wants to go up it down button motor wants to go up no hydraulic pressure on picking up out drive like there's no fluid

If stored in the full up position the rams may be seized from corrosion

mine did that recently and it was a failed cylinder. one of the 2 was by passing
