1998 evinrude 225 stalls during acceleration.

HELLO, I AM BEING STUMPED BY THIS ENGINE IF ANYONE HAS ANY HELPFUL ADVICE IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED. I HAVE LYNC AND SYNCED THE CARBS, CONFIRMED IDLE TIMING AND WOT TIMING. IDLE IS 5 AND WOT IS 18. I HAVE REPLACED ALL 6 CARB KITS AND ADJUSTED FLOATS TO THE RIGHT HEIGHT. I REPLACED THE VRO FUEL PUMP WITH THE NON OILING PUMP AND I AM JUST MIXING MY FUEL, ALL FUEL LINES FROM TANK TO ENGINE IS NEW AND ALL LINES UNDER THE COWL ARE NEW INCLUDING WATER SEPERATOR. THE CDI BOX IS NEW AND THE STATOR IS NEW. WHEN I TRANSIT FROM IDLE TO WOT IT STUMBLES AND DIES IF I PRESS THE KEY A FEW TIMES IT WILL RUN SMOOTH AND TAKE OFF WELL SO IT SEEMS ITS STARVING FOR FUEL BUT I HAVE TOOK EVERY POSSIBLE ISSUE ICAN THINK OF THAT IT MAY BE AND REBUILT CARBS AND REPLACED FUEL PUMP AND FUEL LINES AND ISSUE WILL NOT GO AWAY. THE CAVITATION POCKETS ARE CLEANED AND CARBS ARE ADJUSTED CORRECTLY AS OF THE OEM MANUAL FOR THIS ENGINE ANY HELP WOULD BE AWESOME. THANKS. ENGINE MODEL IS E225STLECS.
 
Step # 1 is to post the compression numbers here.------Then check the shift switch on the side of the engine block.-----It cuts out spark on 3 cylinder during shifting.----Possibly stuck.
 
#1 118, #2 112, #3 119, #4 111, #5 118, #6 110 I HAVE CHECKED SHIFT INTERUPTOR SWITCH WITH A OHMETER AND IT IS WORKING AS IT SHOULD. IVE EVEN RAN IT WITH A SPARK ANALYSER AND NO CYLINDERS ARE CUTTING OUT. ONCE I AMP PASSED 1500 RPM EVERYTHING RUNS GOOD AND IS SMOOTH EVEN AT IDLE IT RUNS GOOD BUT WHEN I PUT IT IN GEAR AND START TO THROTTLE EASILY IT WILL STALL UNLESS I PRESS IN THE CHOKE A FEW TIMES AND IT WILL CLEAR. ALL PARTS I HAVE REPLACED HAVE BEEN OEM.
