2004 Mercury ELPTO 2cycle. Hard starting and stalls after awhile and seems to lose it’s prime. Carbs cleaned, fuel pump replaced, new gas tank and hose with bulb. When it stalls, friend squeezes the bulb while I start the engine and it fires up. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks, Joe
