    Motor won't start 2001 225 hp

    My 225 2001 Optimax crank and ran fine until I took my water/fuel seperator filter off. I took it off and poured it out and put it back on...I could not get it to crank so I took the filter back of and filled it with gas and put it back on....it still will not crank...the bulb is hard as a rock...
