    Yes, they are. I've rebuilt quite a few on small engines and cars, but I have no idea how the sync and adjust a triple setup. Honestly, I just don't have the time to do it, even if I felt comfortable that I could.

    I was finally able to get that done and found that I did have some water in the fuel in the float bowl. I drained the fuel tank, replaced the filter, drained the float bowls. Someone suggested that there's a drain on the VRO and that I needed to drain that, but I don't see one. Would I need to...

    Filter looks fine, but I'll be replacing it. I don't see any indication of water in the fuel. I'm not sure how I'd check it, other than not seeing any in the filter.
