    Knocking Noise while turning... please help

    I have had several people look at my 94 4 winns deck boat. The gamble bearing and u joints have been replaced. Now there is a new knocking noise when turning the steering wheel. In or out of gear makes no difference. Also it's only when the lower unit is down all the way. Please help with...
