    1993 Evinrude 15eetb 15hp

    I just bought a small boat with this motor. On the end of the throttle control is a small knob that turns independant of the gas control , is this a rich/lean mixture control , if not what does it do ? I can't see any differences in the way the motor runs when turning it.
