    90 Mariner oil injection

    My low oil warning sounded, so I changed the switch. It continues to sound unless one wire of switch is disconnected. Module is in working order. Could it be that the tank needs to be flushed? Could residue be causing the switch to close and trip the warning alarm? Oil system works fine...
