    Evinrude CE10RCCD Year and GasOil Mix

    I inherited this 9.9 and need I inherited this 9.9 and need info - I beleive it is a 1986. A sticker on the cover indicates a gas/oil ratio of 100 to 1 which seems rather low - advice please. I am new to outboards so will have more questions! Ed
