    Thank you. Will look at those items. I did put a new fuel pump on about 2.5 years ago.

    Ok thanks. I checked and is running on both. I saw on YouTube the butterfly valve in the carburetor might not be opening all the way. Is that a possibility?

    The rpms on my 15 hp 1976 Evinrude outboard suddenly slowed down and I can not get it to run the rpms it was before. Any ideas on what needs to be worked on? I rebuilt the carburetor about 2 years ago.
