    Hello I bought this 73 .25 horse evinrude sporter and the thing looks like it was hardly used till I changed the lower end lube .. When I opened it up to drain it was just like melted chocolate , but didnt smell burned .no shavings in it . so I was wondering if anybody would no the reason ...

    Xd50 no chart

    hello !!there may be a thread already on this bit didnt see it .. I have a 1973 evinrude 25 horse sporter and the boat guy suggested this oil so I get home and no chart in back. I have 9 gals of gas how much should I put in and after thinking about it should this be ok for this motor being older...

    Electric starter on 73 sporter

    hello I've researched a little and haven't come up with a answer yet I have a 1973 evinrude .25 horse sporter tiller motor and was tring to find out if I can put a electric starter on this model .. Does anyone have a idea if this is possible thank you !!!
