    I'm a nubie so please be gentle. I have a Yamaha 9.9 682c, not sure of the year but the boat is an 87 and it came with it. It stalls after 30-45 seconds of full throttle. The engine starts and idles in netrual. I can back out leave the no wake zone and slow/idle with no problems. after opening...
