    I was told by mercruiser that the 377 6.2 mx mie mpi should have 45 on startup and 35 is running.... now I did test the starboard and its running fine, the psi was 46 on startup and 37 running at idle, im not sure what the rpm,s were. I do.know that I cut it off and it held 30 psi for a while...

    Ok, so my 6.2 mx mie mpi port side cranks, runs rough for about 30 seconds then goes dead. I tried a new distributor , rotor button. Then decided to check fuel pressure on fuel rain.
